After the installation...
Maintaining a landscape after it has been installed is critical.
Nature will reclaim her own quickly with the help of weeds, birds,
the wind, and expected growth. Monthly visits during the summer
time insure a tidy appearance during peak growing season, and a
couple of visits during the winter will keep your landscape pristine.
Late fall is a good time to plant spring blooming bulbs, do transplanting
or move plants and prune summer blooming shrubs.
Maintenance includes pruning, removing dead flowers from plants,
putting down mulch, adding compost as necessary, fertilizing, controlling
pests as necessary with organic measures and making sure the border
is lush with healthy plants.
